You are more than welcome to see my website and I am glad to present you some of my music pieces I´ve done so far. My name is Christoph Rauch and I live in Berlin. After a classical piano eduaction I studied musicology, media studies and philosophy at Humboldt University Berlin. On the following sites you´ll get a valuable insight of my work as a media composer, get current updates and inform yourself about actual projects. At the moment, I work on musical analyses with a academic and scientific approach in music for computergames, specifically Mafia II.

Besides the deep concentration on music, my passion is also to set music to feature films. It is the fascination to make the scene get real and to carry the emotions through the concept of music. That´s both inspiring and challenging.

I also see my work in developing Sound FX and Foleys. Therefore I work at the sound department of Sound Design and Sound Editing with the approach of getting the perfect mix.

My music depends on a particular perception, a certain concept of harmony and consonance, composed and arranged – this is the precise understanding of what I do. My main focus is to compose music for an orchestra.
